The following terms and conditions apply to guests staying at Hotel Prasant, New Digha, to ensure a comfortable and secure experience. Check-in time is generally from 10:30 AM, and check-out is before 9:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed based on room availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar card, passport, driving license, etc.) at the time of check-in. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Unmarried couples are allowed, subject to valid ID proof. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Advance payment may be required to secure reservations. Cancellation policies vary depending on booking type, with some bookings offering free cancellation within a specified time, while others may be non-refundable. Outside cooked food is generally not allowed on the hotel premises, and guests are expected to follow hotel policies during their stay. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be chargeable. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are expected to maintain proper conduct and comply with all hotel rules and local regulations.
